So, it occured to me that I'm not totally sure how to work this diary thing. Seems like I'm doing it wrong, but I'm not sure. Everyone else has pages on their diary, I just start a new thread every time. Is this wrong?
Anyways, I'm finding it hard to find time to post everyday, but I'll try harder.
I'm officially on my new blood pressure medicine (at 20 years old) and new acid reflux meds. One thing that motivates me is how great it'll feel to not be on those anymore! Screw this!
Yesterday:
Oatmeal
about 250 cal in pretzels
10 meatballs
1 200 cal bun
gravy and marinara and cheese
baked beans
Today:
1 1/2 squares of breakfast caserole containing an English muffin, eggs, bacon and sausage, green pepper and cheese
110 cal in pretzels
1 piece of bread
6 meatballs
1 200cal bun
marinara
baked beans
And I worked out for a half hour and burned 300 calories
I feel like I'm doing well. I just keep thinking about how happy and healthy I will be when this is all over.
Another thing I feel like I should disclose: my starting weight is 303 lbs. and here I thought I only weighed 295. Sigh.
Feel free to comment! In fact, PLEASE do, since I'm pretty sure I'm using this thing wrong.
Thanks!
Erin
