Enough Rest?

I'm on a "program" that works Chest/Biceps one day and Back/Triceps the next.
Is this giving the biceps enough rest time since I assume they are somewhat still involved in the back excercises?
Just FYI, 3rd day is Legs/Calfs and 4th is Shoulders/abs.
 
Well, when you are doing your chest exercises, your triceps are what are going to get worked. When you do your back, your biceps are going to get worked. Don't go out of your way to do isolated stuff for either, just do big compound movements, and you can work them back to back.
 
Exactly...push, and pull...you're working against your body's natural physics when you combine bis with chest, and tris with back...
