Around two weeks ago I finally stopped looking at myself wihout crossing my eyes and saying "I am not THAT bad." I am 18, 5' 10", and weigh 320 pounds. Two weeks ago I stopped eating out and drinking liquid candy. I am fully confident in that I will eventually reach below 250 and below if I stick to it. However, I do not believe I know completely how to go about managing my weight loss. So I come to this forum for tips and help.
What is a realistic weight loss goal I can achieve by the end of this summer?
What food's should I be eating? (Seeing as I am not so sure what is healthy eating I have mostly been eating vegetable soup and salads for the past two weeks)
What exercise routines should I be doing?
How many times a week should I take time to exercise and for how long?
