I've searched but didn't find anything along these lines, unless I did it wrong? But...
I have the HARDEST time getting off my butt to exericse. It's more contributed to my wonky sleeping patterns and not getting enough sleep and my body just trying to limp by. BUT..thats not really my question or problem.
In general, I always hear that exercise makes people more energetic.
My question is:
When you exercise, they say it's something like 2 weeks to 21 days (depends who you ask) before you get into the groove of exercising. Obviously you have to push yourself, it's not gonna be easy and you'll wanna give up at times. But, is there REALLY a point where you get more energetic and arnt just "blah tired" afterwards? Is it due to weightloss or is it due to just getting used to exercising? I guess part of my question is, does weight loss cause energy spikes or does exercising cause energy spikes? I'm sure they work hand in hand, but does one work over the other?
I've always been curious about this and my Mom and I were discussing this and she was saying how when she was in her early 20's, she used to exercise alot and such, and never felt that energy that a lot of people talk about. Do some people never feel it?
Sorry my post is kinda..all over the place. But I tend to type and work things out at the same time in my typing so its not always so cut and dry!
