Hello,
I used to be a page 3 girl in the early 80's where the pressure to be 'thin' was extremely prevailant in my every day life. After a long battle with my body image and wieight, I became a dieting rebel... no more diets.
I now run an emotional eating healing centre at The Healing Pool in Second Life.. a 3D online virtual environment. . My avatar name is Nina Lancaster and you can visit me via my profile and teleport to my land to relax and heal your emotions by the healing Pool, with cascading waterfalls, rainbows and a white swan you can ride.
I was also a regular assistant to Paul McKenna on his easy wieght loss seminars for many years and have now developed my own method of curing emotional eating that is amazingly affective, as I use the laws of Quantam Physics .. so what I do is unique and powerful. In curing my own struggle with food and the urge to eat, it has completely dissappeared and I have lost weight purely and simple with no struggles and no 'will power'.
