I am new to this forum. I am looking for an out rather than food. I moved in with my boyfriend and his son and they eat horribly so I got in that pattern and gained 20lbs. I know how to eat and what to do but I find I cave whenever we got out to eat (which is alot) or just when I'm bored or upset i binge - not to mention I love beer. Ive gotten into some lazy and bad habits with food over the past year and am looking for a way out. I diet....lose 5-7 lbs then gain it all back again. I have now starting watching what I eat again, am going to see a friend who is a naturopathic Doctor and am taking supplements, accupuncture and joined a gym 2 days ago.
