Right... started this diary a little late, since 7.5kg has already been shed, but I've always wanted to documented the things that I eat, hoping that perhaps someone might benefit. Especially knowing that you can still indulge occasionally and still keep the weight loss going!
Generally speaking, I've been a good girl, though today was a day absolutely full of sins and things to avoid repeating!
Today, Sunday, was a really bad day as far as dieting goes. I got up at 13:00, weighed myself at 52.6kg, had a caramel frappucino from Starbucks, and then two bars of chocolate and a beer.
Had nothing else all day, except a bowl full of chocolate mousse at 18:00.
Must go back to proper breakfasts and meals tomorrow...
