Elliptical/Treadmill/Bike Club

Elliptical/Treadmill club...

I just wanna know who is interested and then we can figure it out from there :):):) Suggestions are welcomed...
 
I have been looking for some elliptical motivation, I would like to join a club, whatever makes me work harder! :)
 
i don't know it Scares me...lol

Can do 45 min on the tread no problem, but 5 min on the other and i am pooped. So i could use so motivation on this one.

Im the opposite - love the ellipitical - treadmill not so much ... lol...it kills me
 
Hehe.... here I am, Cerella!

I am thinking of 40 min each day for the first week. Did my first round yesterday on my new elliptical and I almost flipped! Hopefully I will through 6 days per week!:rotflmao:

Hey there Pinky girl - it is kinda cool you said that and set a personal goal...

My thought was to make a personal goal/plan - post it in here and to hold yourself accountable in front of us to do it and post it...Must check in and post...

OR

We could do an on going amount of miles - like set up a number to reach by a certaint amount of time with our miles together as a group...

Just a couple of thoughts :):):)
 
My elliptical arrived on Sunday evening. Since then I've been good to put in 40 min at least. Dumbo me duno how to set the machine and did level 3 on first try. Almost collapsed end of it lol. Was wondering how come it's so hard and tot the machine needed some oiling haha. I will log here for my daily workout this month. It's not a challenge, I just need some accountability with the club here heheh. Feel free to nag at me (it works!) if I miss 2 days within a week.

9 Jun - level 3 :eek: (weigh in 130 pounds) 8 miles
10 Jun - 8.8 miles
11 Jun - 8.8 miles
12 Jun - 8.8 miles
13 Jun - 9 miles
14 Jun - 40 min (gave up lookin at mileage!)
15 Jun - 40 min
16 Jun - Rest Day
17 Jun - Reached home real late. Bad gal. TOM :mad:

20 Jun - (9 course Chinese dinner. To do elliptical in morning instead)

Is the above post ok? My machine counts in kilometres. Everything via metric system.... not pounds or miles haha.
I'm still not too sure about the machine's function totally. Also within that 40 min, it says 14.3 for distance. I've to check out what dat means.:confused:

Hi everyone. I have an ellipitical and I would love to join the club. I will keep track of my mileage.

Starting Weight: 173 lbs.
Time on Ellipitical: 0 Minutes
Distance: 0 Miles

12-June: Rest Day :jump:
 
i would also love to join in. i just a got a treadmill. i got married on thursday and bought a treadmill on friday! :)

11 Jun - 1.0 miles 30 minutes walking
12 Jun - 1.15 miles 23 minutes jogging (17) walking (6)
13 Jun - 1.5 miles 20 minutes elliptical; 1.62 miles 30 minutes 5min/3min run/walk intervals
14 Jun - nothing at all/i actually went to bed @ 7pm. i was just too tired

I absolutely love the elliptical. I use both the one with the arm levers and the one without. I've always been horrible at running, so the treadmill is def. not for me. The first few times I used the elliptical, I only lasted a few minutes. Now, I use it nearly every day. It is what helped me lose about 20 lbs. thus far! I know it can feel really akward and uncomfortable at first, but give it a real chance- I promise you might just change your mind!
