i don't know it Scares me...lol
Can do 45 min on the tread no problem, but 5 min on the other and i am pooped. So i could use so motivation on this one.

Hehe.... here I am, Cerella!
I am thinking of 40 min each day for the first week. Did my first round yesterday on my new elliptical and I almost flipped! Hopefully I will through 6 days per week!![]()
My thought was to make a personal goal/plan - post it in here and to hold yourself accountable in front of us to do it and post it...Must check in and post...
OR
We could do an on going amount of miles - like set up a number to reach by a certaint amount of time with our miles together as a group...
