So here goes...Im starting a diary on here to keep myself accountable. Today was actually a good day to start because my eating today was nothing to be proud of and maybe this will get me back on track. I had a homemade cheeseburger, and a lean cuisine, and 2 fudge bars...haha, this is rediculous. Well all of this is partly becuase I have no food in my house to eat. Lucky for me tomorrow I'm going to the grocery store. Even though I ate horrible, I dont think my calorie count was too far above normal. I need to take it one day at a time. Tomorrow is all I have in mind right now, I will do better tomorrow.
My goal to lose this week will be 2lbs. I weigh 155 this morning, so my goal for my next Monday weigh in will be 153!
