just do the egg whites.
I have trouble getting enough of everything with shakes myself..
Besides the bits I get from produce, Egg whites are my main source of non shaked protein myself.. , pretty much a daily staple besides an occassional piece of fresh fish or some type of lean as I can manage meat ( besides beef which doesn't really do it for me neither unless it's a no-fat quality sausage ).
For the amount of eggs you need to actually get enough protein, the yellows are not going be ideal for someone trying to maintain a really low bf.
For extra protein or flavour, throw in some sardines or a quality dry fried rinsed smokey tuna with celery and tomatoes and equal and ginger etc.
The eggs whites are a good choice.
