Eating right?

Hi,
I haven't posted here in ages. I started eating not-so-great over the holidays and am now trying to get back on track. This is what I've eaten so far today (and what i plan on eating) - I'd love some feedback/suggestions! I'm 5'5" and 133 lbs, looking to drop about 5 lbs. I work out 3-4 times a week, and do strength training 2 of those days.

Breakfast - 1/2 Banana, 1/2 Cup Cottage cheese, 1% Cottage Cheese, 1 tsp. Natural PB, 2 tbs. Sugar free vanilla yogurt

Snack - 1 medium apple

Lunch - WW "Smart Ones" frozen meal, Beef with Vegetables (160 Calories, 4 g fat, 19Gprotein)

Snack - 1 100 Calorie Ritz Pack, 1 oz. dark sugar free chocolate

Dinner will probalby be salad with a gardenburger veggie burger on top.

Any tips? I'd love to get more fiber into my morning routine. I'd also love love love to lose those five pounds!
 
low calories there but check the fat content in the Ritz and the chocolate.

Also, try to bulk up the eating between main meals. An apple is ok, but I'd have some protein too.
