Eating cereal at night just increases the calories for the day

Chris Shugart has an article called The Quality Mass Diet which is pretty good. I don't have the link but Google should find it. It's common knowledge to many but you may find it educational.Proteinboy said:eating a ton of natural stuff w/high protein/carbs can only help muscle growth right??? i dont care if my bf goes up kuz i will take kare of that later. Your body DOES store fat based on how many calories you take in during the day...as a GENERAL RULE. On this forum though, you will learn that if that were the total truth, then it wouldn't matter what you eat. Think of it like this...carbs and calories = energy. Fat = energy stores. Where do you think those energy stores come from? Unused carbs and polysaturated fats are pretty much the bulk of it. I'm just learning the nutrition behind a lot of this too...so don't feel bad.Proteinboy said:your body doesnt store carbs and make fat with it; it takes the amount of calories you ate/burn every day and that is what determines if you gain fat or not.
