eatin fast foods

well I have been taking in big meals after workouts all my life, so I think my body is now used to incorporating all the protein. But I am trying very hard to space out the protein throughout the day.

it's really only the protein shakes that need to be spaced out because natural food has a lot of other stuff, so the absorbtion rate is a bit slower, and less is wasted.

McDonalds and health food/healthy eating DO NOT belong in the same sentence!

(response to posts on the 1st page. I've been away for a while)

Hi, I'm not really a personal trainer as I can't even read ... like when the agreement for this board said that I'm not allowed to SPAM

You can buy pre cooked chickens at places like Wallmart (ASDA if your in uk). There £3 and they can last like 2 to 3 days. If you buy 2 a week you have a decent amount of meal already sorted, Obviously mix it with other foods etc.

I work as a cable guy... climbing telephone poles and whatnot 8 hours a day... but even so.. if i eat lots of crap food like big macs and crap.. i start getting belly fat.. i try to stick to something reasonable like maby treat myself with some wendys nuggets for lunch.. but then make sure dinner is a little leaner than usual..

so far thats working, have lost 10 pounds in the last 3 weeks.. but ive also been doing lots of weight training aswell.. and have gained a bit of muscle mass.. so the actual fat loss is more than just losing 10 pounds denotes... my pants want to fall off.

eating fasts food

Dear friend,

if I was you I'll find extra time to cook home, because I do not belive in healthy fast food, which ever diet you are follow it will get lost if you keep eating in fast foods often.

If you can't cook at all, you should try to eat in Boston Markert, they have fresh and healthy food, it wont damage your diet.
