Easiest way to lose 10 pounds of fat?

Eatting 500 calories less than your RMR, macronuetrients 60% carbs, 20% protein, 20% fat.... EVERY SINGLE DAY! with that you should lose 1 pound of fat per week... then resistance training 2-3 x's a week and cardio training 3-4 x's a week... (Keep in mind, people will tell you a little bit as far as resistance training/cardio training) if you add the exercise that's when you'll lose more than 1 pound a week...
 
i lost some weight fast by..
wearing a suna suite and doing the following
run 5mile jog a 1 day jog 1 day rest 1 day jog etc
and ur jog day rest, either use a cross strider wearing a sauna suite,
also drink lots of water and cut down on the fatty foods, i.e mcdonalds choclate crisp.
u want ur calorie intake to be around aroun 1500 at the most, and your jog with suite should burn off around 700

if you get what i mean u will shed the wight very quick

also fast skipping or look in2 hiit traing,

15minute... jog 30 seconds,sprint 30, jog 30 sprint 30 till u have got 2 15 minutes

Oh well 1500 calories is enormous my daily intake is around 700 - 900 a day lol and i make sure i eat no more than 10g of fat a day either
 
the recommended calories for a male is 2500 calorioes
if u no more than 1500 and burns off 700
=800
there fore, with his weight training cardio hiit he will easily loose yje required weight in the amount of time,
(u say u only have 700l, u should loose wight just by eating that than and alos less than 10g of fat,)
 
WRONG! If you are taking under 1000 calories a day, that's why you're not losing weight!!! You don't even have enough calories to properly function during the day.... you NEED to calculate your RMR... Each person's RMR is different... has a fairly decent calculator on their site, check it out, subtract 500 calories and you should be good to go...

also if your water intake is too low, or your sodium intake too high, you'll be retaining water.

Crash diets are very bad.

I lost over 42lbs inside a year, when I got a cross trainer. I spent 2hours on it a day, every single day. I didnt even work up much of a sweat, I just did light exersise instead of sitting on the sofa. I didnt change my diet at all.

Its not the best way to loose weight, but at the time I didnt know anything about fitness and diet. But at the end of the day, If your moving, your burning cals. There are good ways to loose weight and better ways to loose weight, but keep it up. Dont stop moving, even if its slow walking or tai chi.

The good thing about weight training is that your burning cals even when your asleep. And your never hungry, cos as long as your eating the right food, you can eat as much as you can stuff in your face. Its great!!!!
 
I'm suprised no one is looking at your stats that carefully...

You want to be 6'2" and weigh only 160lbs??? Wow! Being that your over 20%bf yet not really "heavy", it seems to me you have a deficiancy of musclemass. Do you weight train at all? Is there a sport specific reason you want to be that thin? You can get that thin but after the extra fat is gone - there won't be much left...
