I want to share some easy weight loss tips-
1st- try to do exercise in the morning, it will raise your metabolic pace all through the day providing you with more fat burning and more energy.
I have never done this ever in my life! Measuring what I put in my mouth and all that...
I honestly don't know how I'd feel about the vid. A little part of me dawned a realization, but a bigger part of me says, "that's not necessary".
I'm confused.

3rd- protein should have importance in your diet. To ensure you are converting your fat into muscle, you want to have a big deal of protein. You can add eggs and apples in your protein list. It will also be helpful.
4th- if you are taking a larger meal, then it should be earlier in the day. And this permits you to burn off several calories on your regular lifestyle.

I've been telling people this forever. People just don't realize how easy it is to be off in their measurements. Digital food scales are beautiful pieces of machinery!
Yet, people sit for hours trying to figure out how many calories they expended today in the gym. It's a futile process.... there's just too much room for error.
Measure as best you can your food intake.
Do 'enough' exercise to make a difference.
Track progress.
Adjust as needed.....
