I was just wondering if anyone else found themselves waking up early while they are losing weight? I seem to always wake up about 6am, sometimes earlier, and can't get back to sleep. I am often quite hungry when I wake up so wondered if that could be the cause... but my dieting is hardly restrictive at the moment so I'm a bit confused. My daily deficit is usually in the region of 200-400 calories and I'm losing less than 1lb a week. I always have a snack before bed too! -cereal with milk or peanut butter on toast usually because I read that tryptophan/calcium/carbohydrate combination helps you sleep.
So yeah, does anyone else have this problem? Anyone have any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong? Or do you think its unrelated to dieting...? Its just it does seem like I'm waking up because I'm hungry...
