Dynamic stretching routines.

Anyone know of any good free dynamic stretching drills i can start doing everyday? I need to improve my flexibility, spechally for martial arts so i can kick people in their heads :p
 
anyone? anyone know abit aboyt dynamic stretching and can see if the routines i find when i google are worth the time?

Why are u interested, I just do yoga.
 
i need to improve my flexibility, and i heard dynamic flexibility is a great way to do it. its for MA and things + posture issues and it helps being flexible when it comes to form on some exersices.
 
if your a martial artist I would advise yoga.
If your from a MA background you'll use that yoga as a kata/form and you get something else out of it that non-MA guys wont.
