Dynamic stretches, the end of your rom?

so when you do your dynamic stretches, they are NOT suppose to be ballistic stretches, dynamic go to the end of your rom, while ballistic go past your max rom.
If i do front kicks, dynamic stretch, do i only go until i start to feel the stretch and then immedielty go back or do i go past the point where i feel the stretch, and dont stop the kick until it actually CANT go any further?
 
This is the routine I follow, i think it can be good for anyone:

warm-up -> dynamic stretching -> work-out -> warm-down -> static stretching

ps. dont do ballistic stretching, it can lead to injury
