Ok...
I'm back again. I fell off the wagon and rolled down and over a few hills. Why does losing weight have to be so hard? I workout so freaking much, you'd think I would be rail thin by now...but I'm not. Since having this little one it's been so hard for me to get back to where I was BEFORE I thought of having kids. At my first appointment I was 152. Well I'm there now and have been lower but lower than that is where I am headed. I am going to get to that magic 120.
I WILL GET THERE by 1 Feb 09. There's no other way...unless I get pregnant.
My goals are: 130 by 25 December 08 and 115 by 1 Feb 09.
Right now I weigh 153 and I'm willing to bet that alot of it is poop and water lol. GROSS
To force myself to behave and make these goals... I plan to:
1. Continue my 5 day a week workout plan
2. TRACK every freakin calorie (no just winging it) by way of my Palm software and calorie count.com
3. Write in my journal daily celebrating my good points and thinking of ways to do better on my low points
4. Eating at least 4 -5 meals a day. This fits my schedule.
5. Not allowing myself to get hungry
6. Weekly weighins to keep me in line.
To keep up with my dates, My weigh days will be every Thursday until 25 Dec 08.
