I'm 15 years old.
I weigh 125-7 lbs.
I breakdance regularly, which involves a lot of control over muscles, etc.
I wanted to start lifting dumbbells as I wanted to gain muscle mass on my arms, not so much that I'd be incredibly bulky, but just enough to look on par with the rest of my body.
My arms look really thin compared to my tone/muscular body, so I wanted to start lifting around 15-20lbs. Wasn't sure if that was an appropriate amount, yeah? So just wanting to ask the "experts" what they thought would be a good idea to start with.
I can already support my body weight, doing handstands for periods of time, etc.. So my arms aren't weak, they just look.. small.
