Hey all I'm gonna be posting my diet and excersie routine here. Here's my plan

Tuesday-Friday

4:00pm
(wake up) drink 1qt water

4:30 -
Tues/Thurs
push ups (set of 10, every 15min tricep reps every 3rd set)
crunches routine (15min, 308 reps)
Weds/Fri
walking lunges (set of 10, every 15min)
leg routine (15min, 280reps)

5:00
start cooking "breakfast" and 2nd meal

5:30 eat breakfast

9:00 eat second meal

11:30 cook "lunch" 4th and "dinner", drink 1qt water

12:00 eat lunch

12:30-1:00
4mph walk

1:15-1:45
4mph walk

2:00-2:30
4mph walk

2:45-3:15
4mph walk

3:30 eat 4th meal

6:00 drink 1qt water

6:30 eat dinner


I've yet to determine my Saturday , Sunday (lots of church activities), Monday routine as these are my days off

My diet target is 95g of protein, 175g of carbohydrates, 15g fat
