Need your advice on dropsets, my previous instructor said they are great for building up muscle.
Ive been doing 5 sets in this order of reps 15,12,10,7,6.
I need to work on my arms, chest, shoulders and legs so could anyone recommend a suitable daily workout for me.
I usually train with weights 4 days per week and do 30 mins cardio.
