Totally! I wish I could start exercising this week, but I am sick (again!). I swear, every time I try to start a weight loss or work out plan I get sick and am thwarted. I'm doing the best I can though to watch my diet and calorie intake to make up for it for now.Snow,

Didn't gym at all and feeling really bad.
thank goodness someone has started this club. it will be great to have some support on my wedding diet. i am getting married end of march 2009 and i have three stone to lose. have lost 8 pounds in past two and half weeks which i am glad with. i have always followed weight watchers but this time i have decided to count calories which i feel is working for me aswell as drinking three to four pints of water a day. Lets all work together!!!
