How bad is beer for you when losing weight?
Currently i am working out 5 days a week on a good program.
I am dropping about half a Kg a week. I still enjoy drinking beer and wine most nights. Is it really that bad?
Does any body else have this problem, I dont really want to stop because i feel it helps me unwind!
Even tho i love my training, i still find it ard to say no to the booze.
( i have maybe a glass of wine or a couple of beers each night)
