I started out 155lbs (Blue suit)

I've been at it for a few months and I'm down to 140 (rainbow suit)

I hope to get to 120 by March

I'm 5"4' and 22 yrs old

On the horse... hopefully to stay
 
Wow!!! Excellent job! You can definitely tell a difference. Much more toned, seem more confident in photographs. It actually seems to me that you lost more than that amount of weight, so you probably added a bit of lean mass. Keep up the good work!
 
You look a lot like my sister :D!! Good work so far! Hope you have some good gym buddies to keep you motivated! I know you can do it!

yes the girls are mine, made by God, they look better in the rainbow top, just because of the way it's made. I'm a C, and without the top, they are just as saggy as everyother C. I was looking on line for exercises that might perk them up, cuz I lost some weight from there as well.. and they are not looking as good without serious support. Thank you tho... I've NEVER been complimented on my "rack" (maybe because I've never worn a bikini before this summer!!!) YAY Confidence!

WOW..YOU look great!!!
You do not look ANYTHING like your weight..id dieeee to have my proportions like yours...i have NO BREASTS! blah!

But you look wonderful..and honestly.. for you it doesnt even look like you need to lose weight.. if youd want to tone up thats understandable, but you look awesome already!
 
So after a couple children I'm back to square one. This was me about 150lbs ish.. I probably 4 months after my second child was born.


Are there any women you know who've gotten abs back after children??? I'm not feeling optimistic.




This is day one of the shred. 135lbs hoping to get down to 120ish, but mostly just to lose the extra 6 inches hanging around my middle.
 
ADon't be discouraged! My mom had 2 kids and she's been working out daily (minus 1-2 days a week) for about a month now and her 6 pack is starting to show again, it's developing quicker than the fat's melting off but I've seen mad progress so far!

You were well on your way once. I'm sure you can do it again.
