Don't try this at home

Badass is right, accompanied by bad legs, forearms, biceps and entire back. Body having a general whinge in fact.
Most pauses were to regain breath or have a drink at the end of each circuit. Last one was regaining breath between exercises and a few mindset stops because I was shattered. My muscles were writing cheques my lungs couldn't cash, really hate my pathetic lungs.

2nd "Weekly" photo of the year.

I may have mentioned that I am not great at this whole aesthetic monitoring lark once or twice. In the search for a godlike physic I am not sure being somewhere between Buddha and Zeus is supposed to be acceptable.
I would like to say that from here on I will guarantee to get a photo up every week to see progress, but I know how often I am not even managing to weigh in let alone photograph.
Anyway on week 15 I have my second weekly photo here. The first is on #474 of this thread 150 posts ago.
I think I am making progress, and I am trying to avoid the classic before and after photos supplement companies go for. I don't want to show how my dress sense, posture and tan have improved, it is my physique I am aiming to see difference on.

Weight is still showing as 13st 8.4 (190.4 pounds) at 18.1% body fat so my aim to build and trim simultaneously is not happening because this is 2 pounds gain and nearly a pound of that is fat. I did accept this was an unrealistic goal. See how it goes anyway.

I love that total-exhaustion-everything-hurts feeling now and then!

You didn't know I could flex fat did you?

No training for a couple of days now. Seizure I sensed was coming happened last night so training would be dangerously stupid. Still want to get most in but will be unlikely to get intervals.

I do like my deads. Doing them at home it has to be downstairs or with reinforced floor, I go for downstairs. Family wouldn't remember all the reps I did well if I did one that meant the weights going through a floor board.

Justin, your reasons for dropping deads were completely valid... don't hurt yourself!

After that solid week of training, it must be frustrating, Tony, to have it come to a screeching halt. Glad you are being sensible.

By the lifetime joys that are epilepsy and my habit of ignoring after affects I have totally messed up nearly 2 weeks of training. 2 runs in 2 weeks and both left me feeling tired and headachy for a couple of days after.
Medication evidently saved me from a serious seizure this time and reduced it to a moderate one, my version of moderate anyway. The tendency is to draw out the effect before and after and this is really getting on my nerves now.

You'll be back - maybe your body is telling you a break is needed? Or maybe it is just April... I always feel crappy for most of April and I'm darn tired of it too.

Well this one was strange. Showed how my medication converted one very major seizure into two moderate with a couple of weeks feeling like poo between. Second was last night, but this felt more like the normal with, that's over sensation after.

Ah you are a running man! Cool, I'll keep an eye on your updates. Never had the motivation to run past a mile or so myself, but it has always interested me (purely as a spectator).
