dont have any before..this is 3/4 weeks in

now iv lost about 5 lbs and im looking to tone up and gain some muscle..tips?

Search for a good Full Body Workout and start hitting it!! You have a good foundation to start with, a good FBW done with a lot of enthusiasm will really change your body! Go for it!
 
yea but i want to work out more that three times a week..and thats what FBW say to do...this is what i do
one day ill do bi's tri's and chest, each having 3 exersizes except for chest i do 4, then the next day i do legs, i run everyday 2miles and do abbs everyday..i go 5/6 days a week
 
Why are you worried about losing weight? You need size on you. Train hard, eat a lot as cleanly as possible, and take pictures in 6 months. Month to month pics don't give a lot of comparrison on changes.
 
I am seeing the progress man. Your starting to developt a peak on the bi's, improvement in tri's as well. You leaned up, well, and pretty close to seeing some abs

i got down to 183 in july now im up to 185/186 and i dont think ive gained anything in my mid section
 
A year is a long time, and you could have made much better progress if you did a bulk/cut. But atleast you made progress. If you want to see bigger gains, go on a clean bulk then cut the fat afterwards.
 
thats tru but i was a little bit heavy and theres no way im goin back to that u kno, and this is from may so its not a year yet lol

backwork! i notice your posture is rounding forward as you advance. Mty guess is you psuh more than you pull.

Hope i make somebody proud on this one, these peeps have taught me somethin after all.
