Hey, i live in the UK and im 17 years old.
Ive just started working volountary up at my local gym, and their getting the cost of a CYQ cut so i can go on the course and become a qualified gym instructor...
Im just wondering if anybody here has taken the course CYQ? And if they have any tips on things i should look up etc for the final exam?
