Hi, I've been working out lately, and I've noticed that on some days of doing cardio, I sweat a lot, but on some days, I don't sweat as much. Considering it's the same type of cardio exercise, the same amount of time, same calories burnt and same weather temperature, is sweating an only sign of weight loss? I don't know why some days I sweat and some days I don't.
