I have a goal of having a flat stomach (no fat/flab) for a holiday in 5 weeks time...I've had this goal for a while and feel like I may have left it a bit late. I know that any answers will just be a guess, but do you think I can loose enough weight in the next 5 weeks to reach my goal? 19yr male, 5'9", roughly 160lbs.
