Hi Everyone,
I've been following a rather simple diet - higher protein, lower carbs and of course lower calories.
For the last week by the end of the day I have a stomach ache - almost like bloating (like gas or something maybe) and then when I wake up the pain is still there and it hurts until I relieve myself - which doesn't happen till I've been up for a bit and have had some coffee.
I heard that drinking protein shakes can cause stomach discomfort. and I drink 1 of those a day usually (but it happens when I don't drink one too)
Does anyone else have this problem?
I use to get stomach aches before - but that's what bags of chips and candy will do when mixed with beer
But now I'm eating heathly.
Maybe I should add a fiber supplement to my diet?
