I was thinking of adding resistence like ankle weights to my cycling routine, do they still sell them? if so as I remember they were pretty bulky, anyone have a recommendation of adding to my routine.
40 miles three days on 1 day off
was going to add free weights but don't get the rush from it, hence the adding of the ankle weights if available still. Nothing much to share just love biking, after 2 months of biking and 18 pounds lighter becoming more and more addicted to the rush and satisfaction lvl when my workout is over.
