Cohen's Lifestyle Do ou eat a cheese meals more then 3 times a week?

Cheese is the thing with the most fat in it on the Cohen's food list so three times a week it is. It doesn't fill me up so it's no challenge to stick to that for me!
 
In moderation, cheese isn't better or worse than any other food. There are no such things as 'diet' foods in my opinion.

I love cheese. And I have cheese in one of my dishes almost every day. Am still losing weight nicely and steadily.

Losing weight should never be about banning anything from your diet if you enjoy it. It will make you crave the forbidden foods just that much more.

Just find a way to work what you like, in this case cheese, into your daily diet and calorie allowance (if you count calories, that is).

Apart from all that, cheese is pretty healthy, in moderation.
 
I agree. Cheese is a great food. I eat cheese every day as well in maintenance- not a lot, just a little. You do have to work out what suits you & what doesn't. Some cheese has a high salt content & can cause fluid retention and/or constipation. I love cheese, just as I love yoghurt.
I think we forget sometimes what food is.
Food is food.
It's nutrition, it's fuel..
but it still is just food.
