i run almost every day for about 30 minutes to an hour and then bike for 30 minutes to an hour. is there any point to doing leg excersises i already have really well defined and toned legs just wondering if it would make my legs burn even more fat my thighes are already like 29 inches around (quick measurement) a little soft ness on them but its mostly soild muscle. i think careing 270lbs around is a tough work out of its own but will lifting with my legs help?
