Do I look better 'before' or 'after'?

I am going to be brutally honest here and say that you are heading towards anorexia, you are WAY too thin. Those pictures scare me because you look so week and fragile. Please try to gain that weight back.

Hi Batset :)
I'm like almost three times your current weight, but I can't really say you look better or worse in any of the pictures, just different. You don't look anorexic to me, but the fact that you are on a weight loss forum and potentially wanting to lose weight at a healthy weight is a bit concerning. I understand that everyone has their own idea of what they want to look like and some like themselves with more or less weight than others...and you have a right to look the way you want, but I used to have an eating disorder and I hope you are not tending in that direction. It's really important to try to appreciate yourself and what you think of yourself without contrasting it to others and what others think-- it's even more important to stay healthy both mentally and physically. Don't mean to be overly dramatic if it's nothing of the sort and I wish you all the best!

You look too thin in my opinion on the later photos.

A little fat in the right places is very attractive. You're very attractive, especially in the before photos. Should probably consult a doctor or a nutritionist as I think you most probably need to gain some weight.

At this point, I really don't think "looking better" is what is important. Rather, it's being HEALTHY. Frankly, right now I don't think your body has enough fat/nourishment. I would go to a doctor and ask about your BMI, what is a healthy weight for you, ect. Muscle weighs more -- so rather than worrying about the number on the scale worry about how you look in the mirror. ie. Hit the gym gain some muscle and definition and (your weight will increase) but you'll LOOK better!

Being healthy > Being skinny. Your health should come first.

(Please do NOT take this the wrong way -- simply worried/concerned for your well-being!)
