Do i have a problem?

im reading a lot of articles and hearing a lot of advice to drink water, because it has tremendous effects regarding weight loss, health, and getting cut/gaining muscles.

i currently attend school, which lasts from 9am to 3 pm

im trying to drink more water then i used to...(i used to drink nothing execpt juice at lunch) but now ive fitted a 591ml aquafrina bottle, to drink quarter of it per period (4 periods/classes a day), but even though the bottle is so little, i feel like i gotta pee every period! i used to beable to not pee at all till i got home... and when i do piss, it actually seems like im releasing a lot.... a lot more compared to what i drank....

I'm having the same problem, sort of. In our school, we aren't allowed to go to the toilet apart from at a break and lunch time, and I have a weak bladder as it is. I have been drinking a whole lot more water, but I fell on school days, it's just not possible to do so. will this affect me any? I also read that water boosts your recovery rate. Is this true?

you need to be drinking a lot of water to help all aspects of training, its just unfortunate that it doesnt fit into your schedule.

your body will get used to taking on so much water and the more you can control it the better you will be at holding it all in - try to time when you drink to fit with your break times - even if you cant take in all that liquid do what you can.

make sure you drink plently when you workout - this is the most important time for water consumption as your body will start to work a lot hard and need the liquid to keep yourself going.

its perfectly normal for it to be more 'forceful' when you pee and also you will pee a lot more in terms of volume. these may decrease slightly in time. i read that as long as its clear or near-clear you're drinking enough, if it smells or is a darker colour you need more.

plus the juice you drink can count towards your intake as it will be mostly water - it can be part of your planned intake for the day.

It always seems as if you cant do something quite right because of your daily routine. Working 8-5 makes it harder to do exactly what i want at the gym as i have to do it all at night - you just need to incorporate what you want to do in the time you have to do it.
