hi all...
Today I was doing my shoulders and triceps and abs...
I wasn't finish with my shoulder that I felt a huge pain on my neck... I think I twisted a vein or something...
Yet I didn't move... It just happend...
the pain was too much to bear and I just stopped and went back hope...
after sometime I felt a lot better and there was not more pain...
I regret now not to have continued....
So I am thinking to go again for the shoulders tomorrow (which would have been the day I do my back and biceps)
Today I did three 4 differents shoulder exercices of 4x12 reps each with the last one being only 3x12 (that's when the pain appeared)...
Now I am thinking of redoing a shoulder day tomorrow what do u guys think ?
Or having a big day where I do my back and biceps and what I didn't do today and I should have done (like my abs, and tricepts mainly...)
I am confused.... I am afraid that this "little accident" today, broke my cycle... I was so consistent that it piss me off that I missed a lot today....
tell me what should I do
