Alright, day one here.

9:30 AM - One Egg with a tiny bit of low fat sharp cheddar on it on toasted honey wheat bread with a glass of protein water

2:30 PM - 80/20 burger with a tiny bit of low fat sharp cheddar on it and some salsa, no bread

7:00 PM - (Worst Part) Mom brought home a small pizza... shes a health nut and this is her "cheat day"... granted, it had peppers, onions and mushrooms, but still, its pizza and awful for me. completely regret this.

10:00 PM - Small Iced Coffee, regular sugar and cream.

12:00 AM - Power Bar and a Fruit Punch

and today i also did a quick little mini workout to get my blood flowing and slowly get in the groove, i dont wanna jump into something and just fail cuz i rushed into it, i'd rather slowly work up to long hard workouts so i dont burn out. instead of quick loss id rather wait, keep myself going, and see it pay off down the road... this workout consisted of, 5 sets of 10 jumping jacks, 4 sets of 5 bicep curls w 20 pound dumb bells, and 2 sets of 5 lateral raises with my 20 pound dumb bells.

then a 30 minute walk.

and later on from 11pm-12am i went sledding. haha. huge hill, went up it around 20 times or so and was sweating my life away by the end, when i finished i felt the need for something to snack on and a power bar was tempting me...

so far how do we look?

ps, its 3:07am and im sipping some v8 fusion acai berry haha, about 12 ounces

It sounds like you're getting lots of great exercise and cardio! I love the sledding! It's always easier to get exercise in there when you're doing something fun like that :)

Keep up the good work! And stick with writing your foods down! It's very smart to do that!

As far as the food- I think one of the biggest things for me to cut out of my diet was liquid! oh my goodness, I LOVE juice, pop, iced drinks ~ YUM! But it's amazing how many pointless calories are in there! They're filled with so much sugar that they're quite bad for you! You might want to try to include drinking more water in your diet - I've found that has helped A LOT!

9:45AM - Yogurt and glass of OJ w calcium

12:30PM - Grilled cheese. Wheat bread, low fat american cheese, one slice, light butter, i mean, low fat and only a little bit of it lol glass of skim milk

4:45PM - Veggie burger w feta cheese and cayenne pepper powder on toasted wheat bread glass of v8 fusion acai berry

one more glass of oj recently, and a bunch of water throughout the day

pretty much all the right there =)

sitting on 255 right now, lost 5 pounds this week on light workouts and a better eating habit, now its 35-45 more to go! hopefully by september, once the summer comes im gonna shed the weight like i do every summer lol, basketball and me just go hand in hand and i tend to play about 5 hours a day, weather permitting.
 
today:
12:45PM : Bacon Egg & Cheese on a multigrain bagel w an iced coffee (small, regular)

5:00PM : Clif Bar

7:00PM : Worst part.... One McDouble at McDonalds and an apple pie... people i was with decided to order for the car since we were cash strapped. no excuse, i still ate it.

soon : Piece of chicken marinated in light balsalmic dressing with some carrots on the side.

went sledding for about an hour and a half, busted my ass and it was a workout! huge hill and very steep / slippery so it was a challenge going up every time haha also ran on the treadmill before i went to bed, at 4am... for 1.5 miles at a 50% incline at about 4 speed...
