What sort of diet are you doing and how has it helped you? I would like to know how different diets are helping people out there.

I am doing the Forever Living Nutri-Lean Programmer and just finished my 9 day plan and I have lost 11bs and almost 9cm in total around my body.

I have now pushed forward and started their 30 day plan.

I'm Sarah, 35 and I am on the Pronokal protein diet.

I have lost 45 pounds so far so i'm almost at my goal of losing 60 pounds. The first pounds were easy, now it's getting harder to keep on losing but the personal coaches told me that that's normal.


Anyway I'm looking forward hearing about other people's diets.
