ok i wasnt quite sure where to put this so here is good. i used to work out quite alot and never really gave up on it but slowed down alot. now i am back into it with a passion thanks to some people on here........and the posts i have read, but i am alittle concerned by what i am eating. i am eating 6 times a day three square meals plenty of carbs and protien low fat chicken pasta rice noodles beans and pulses its killing me!! how i love le big mac!! but eating six times a day i am having what i call snaks like i dunno healthy eating crisps and biscuits and then i dunno a sandwhich so basically it looks something like breakfast: ceral and toast. 11 am a cheese sandwich lunch hot meal chicken pasta noddles rice something like that 3 another sandawich preferbaly meat of some description and then 6-7 dinner tuna/fish more rice veg and so on and then a light snack in the evenign say about 8. i work out some time between 7-8for about 1hour simply put...............am i going the right way??
