if im trying to gain weight is stuff like chinese food and pizza good?

because i know alot of people who are really built and eat lots of fast food ..
 
Eating fast food makes it easier to up the intake, but the drawback is that it's all crap. You'd be better off eating healthy buy increasing your intake.
 
eating fast foods will help you gain more muscle - only because it will increase your calories. However, you will also gain significant fat - after bulking, you'll probably have to do a cutting phase to get rid of it. If you don't want to gain all the extra fat, do as McCarley suggested and increase your calories through healthy foods
