Diet problem???? help please

Hey everyone I am new to this site, I am at a loss with the problem I have and I am looking for some advice on a diet with maybe a suggested actual meal list as of what to eat.

Here is the thing Im 27 years old, 5'8" 185 pounds and I have been going to the gym for 4 years. My problem is my mid section. In my genes it runs that all of us males have no serious fat other than the mid section, it has been like this since I was a kid so I never aquired a gut as I got older if anything it has always been the same size from when I went from a 140 pounds to 185. SO the gut has never gotten bigger. I tried the atkins diet for almost a year straight. I gain massive amounts of muscle in my arms, chest,back everywhere. But i cant seem to kick this spare tire thing. You would never even know I had it as you cant see it through the shirt but there is absolutly no diffention in my stomach section. I do cardio for 30 minutes and then lift for an easy hour if not more depending on what Im doing. Im burning an easy 350 calories alone in cardio without counting lifting. I lift and run 5 times a week. IM CONVINCED ITS MY EATING HABITS!!!!!!! I dont eat real bad but Im thinking I need someone to recommend a suggested diet plan to maybe lean me out. I figure if I can limit the amount of calories i eat as well as watching the fatty foods it is bound to do something right? I dont want to lose massive amounts of muscle doing this but there has got to be something out there for a diet I can utilize.
