Diet Plan

Here is a diet plan. If someone could tell me if I can lose weight with this or not, I will appreciate it.

(6:45 am) Breakfast: Tea (teabag, 1 % milk, 1 tsp sugar - yes I like my tea sweet)

(2:00 pm) Lunch: I am Indian so sometimes I might eat fried vegetables (we call it shak), some thin tortillas (rotlis), and a bowl of cereal (honey nut cheerios).

(7:00 pm) Dinner: 1 bowl cereal OR some fruit OR a small container of fat free yogurt.

Plus, I try to drink a lot of water (I keep a water bottle).

Lastly, I do 20-30 minutes of bicep exercises with my dumb bell at 3:00 pm.

It's horrible. Do some searches on this forum, and you will quickly see the problem. We have members post up diets like this all the time. For God's sakes, you don't actually eat anything until 2 PM!!! That's insane, you need to be eating right when you wake up, and every 2-3 hours after that. Lean protein at every meal, lots of veggies, time your carbs, etc etc. Please don't eat this way, you will do more damage than good.
 
I think I'm gonna change my signature to be EAT YOUR DAMNED BREAKFAST.

Your last meat is at 7PM. You get up and have tea at 7AM, metabolism is in the dead zone. You eat your first meal at 2PM, an ubelievable 17 hours from your last meal. Strangely enough, you probably won't lose a thing because your body will be in starvation mode.

Yup, read some stickies. The stickie in the Weight Loss section is an excellent place for you to start. MarkMyWords summarizes it, but go hit it anyways.
 
Seriously. Just about everything is wrong with this. There's no protein to speak of - barely any real food, period - and the only vegetables you eat are fried. Start over and try to eat more, more regularly and more balanced.
