Diet during Bulking VS. Cutting

hey guys, just wanted to see if anyone could give me a lil advice as far as what things i should be eating or doin different when cutting as apposed to when bulking...right now im bulking and my eating looks a lil like this...morning meal (usually oatmeal with banana and milk) or (eggs with whole wheat toast and some fruit with glass of milk) total of 5-7 meals throughout the whole day eating things such as chicken breasts with rice and fruit, tuna on whole wheat bread, pork chops with corn and green beens, any wild game (pheasant, deer, doves..etc.) occasionally subbing certain sides with a salad. also having a protein shake after i lift 3x a week. just wondering if this looks like a decent meal plan while im bulking and also how this should change when i switch to cutting. thanx everyone has been a big help on this site so far so i appreciate everyones advice.

That sounds really good, dude! Lean proteins, whole grains, fruits and veggies. Sounds good.

I think whether you're eating to cut or bulk, you should be eating the same foods. You just end up eating more of them for the bulk!

Basically, the only difference between bulking and cutting is how you approach nutrition, as you well know. Say you need 3000 calories to maintain, if you eat 3500, you are providing your body with enough energy to add tissue. If you eat 2500 cals, you are putting your energy in a deficit, and you will want your body to use fat stores to make up for what you aren't eating.

So, you really can eat many of the same things on a bulk and cut, just so long as the numbers are right.

Alright thats kinda what i was figuring but i just wanna make for sure cause definitely wanna go about this the right way this way i get the results i really want...i had another question about the amount of calories a person needs, i did all the adding and what not to figure out what my calorie intake needs to be and im assuming the number i came up with was calories to maintain body weight cause the number was somewhere around 2300c...my question is obviously during bulk im gonna need to up that at least slightly but when cutting is it a good idea to go below that number or should i just stay within it to lose a lil body fat gained from bulking??
