Diary ...tracking moods

My experience has been that it's really hard to stay focused on my ultimate goal, which for me is feeling really good - energetic, lively and healthy. :jump:

Through my own journey, I find it really helpful to try to think about my food diary as a record of how foods make me feel, not just as a calories and fuel.

Based on my journey thus far I created a template for recording food observations that has been really helpful to me (gets into how different foods make you feel). It's posted on my blog and thought some other folks might find it helpful - would of course appreciate any feedback on how to make it even better.
