Hey,

I am in trouble. I am 23 years old, and my health is failing. I smoke weed constantly, and I eat junk food constantly. I smoke cigarettes and binge drink whenever possible. I am gaining weight fast, and I need to get in control of my life, somehow.

I am 6'3", and currently weight 200 lbs. I naturally have a skinny body type, and 8 months ago I was in great shape, weighed 170lbs, exercised almost every day, but I let myself go around august.

I know I have the ability to get fit. I still have close memories of having a much tighter body, but I've become doughy and flabby. It's gross.

In the past I did P90x sporadically, and I'm in the process of downloadi--- errrrr I should say "Purchasing" Ten minute Trainer.

My goal is to kick my junk food habit, quit smoking cigarettes, cut down on the marijuana, tighten up my body, and enjoy life.

Wish me luck. I imagine this will become more interesting as the thread progresses.

Well it seems like you already know what you ahve to do, you just have to get yourself to do it.
Just set up some short term goals, then try to slowly cut down on some of your habits bit by bit!
