Dew's Unoriginal Weight Loss Journey

So, hi. My name is Dew, I'm 15 years old, and I would really like to lose some of these extra pounds. I've tried several times before, but all those tries ended in failure because of my laziness/ lack of willpower. I did post a diary here before but I named it wrong so I'm just going to start a new one here :S :)

So my very first before and after picture was of me at 165, 5'7. I then lost 9 pounds so i was down to 156. I was very excited about this, and kept working hard to try and lose more. No more was lost, in fact, I gained two pounds. Reading some of the other entries on here, I found out about Tim Ferris' "slowcarb diet". I have not yet purchased his 4-hour-body book, but I have been following his diet regimen for the past 4 days. I weighed myself today, hoping to see some change, as others who do the diet often lose up to 3 lbs in the first week. But no. i had gained 2 more pounds :( So here I am at 160, trying to get down to 135. Wish me luck? D;

!update!

So, apparently, the weight of 160, which I took two days ago, was a fluctuation thing. Weighing myself today, I find that hey! I'm actually 155! Isn't that exciting? No? Only me? Haha, okay. Anyways.

Today is Tim Ferris' 4HB cheat day, meaning I eat whatever i want. I'm a little scared that my weight will shoot up and destroy all my hard work, but it's one of the rules of the diet, so I gotta D: I have a party today though so it's good that that and this coincided :)
