So, hi. My name is Dew, I'm 15 years old, and I would really like to lose some of these extra pounds. I've tried several times before, but all those tries ended in failure because of my laziness/ lack of willpower. I did post a diary here before but I named it wrong so I'm just going to start a new one here :S
So my very first before and after picture was of me at 165, 5'7. I then lost 9 pounds so i was down to 156. I was very excited about this, and kept working hard to try and lose more. No more was lost, in fact, I gained two pounds. Reading some of the other entries on here, I found out about Tim Ferris' "slowcarb diet". I have not yet purchased his 4-hour-body book, but I have been following his diet regimen for the past 4 days. I weighed myself today, hoping to see some change, as others who do the diet often lose up to 3 lbs in the first week. But no. i had gained 2 more pounds
So here I am at 160, trying to get down to 135. Wish me luck? D;
