Developing a workout.

My Stats:

Age: 15
Height: 6ft
Weight: 142 pounds
BMI: 19.5
Chest Width: 36 inches

My Goals:

- Improve general full body fitness, including cardiovascular stamina, muscle power and endurance.
- Gain Weight and higher my BMI
- To achieve a cover model muscular appearance, however it is already at a good standard.
- Achieve Defined muscles throughought my body, including six pack.

I would very much appreciate any help with diet & nutrition and fitness + exercise suggestions, as i am currently at the drawing board trying to decide how to achieve my goals. Any motivational advice will also be appreciated.
 
Read through the stickies. Pretty much all the information you want is compiled very neatly there. It would be a shame to ignore them. The questions you're asking are very broad. Get yourself a basic understanding first thing. If you're still having trouble after that, feel free to ask. But it's worth your while to read them through, trust me.

I gained more than 15 pounds of muscle using his principles and routines over a 6 month period. And, I only do 2 full-body (27 minutes each session) workouts each week.
