deltoid

Just wondering what kind of exercise should i do to get this kind of deltoid...Ive been doing a long of deltoid exercise..military press,smith machine press,lateral raise,front raise,but still cant make this kind of muscle,the middle deltoid

Shoulder press mainly, but 75% of all upper body exercises work the front, side or rear delt, which is why you have to be carefull not too over work your shoulders.

But diet and cardio will play the biggest part. you need to loose the fat to show off the muscles you build.
