Definition

i dont know how to get defined. you can't see the muscle on my arms unless im flexing or doing somthing that requires my arms to flex. why is that? and how do i fix it?
 
its the fat covering your muscle :]

once u get your body fat% around 10% ish, you will start seein more definition.

& when u workout, your muscles tend to stick to the fat. thus you can see the definition. temporarily, ur basically pumped up. ur blood flow :]
 
definition comes from a low bodyfat...however you do need to have enough lean mass to look good when you hit a low bodyfat.

typically that's not an issue, unless you've been on a starvation diet and lost a lot of lean mass (or had surgery, or other medical condition that caused muscle wasting)
